| National Archives of Australia The National Archives of Australia cares for the records of the Commonwealth government and makes them available for present and future generations of Australians to use. Included are papers of Governors-General, Prime Ministers and Ministers and records of functions of the federal government. The site gives an introduction to the collections, access information, exhibitions, services to researchers including fact sheets on various subjects areas, research guides and publications. Two searchable databases are accessable : RecordSearch is the National Archives collection database and PhotoSearch allows you to search for images from the National Archives' photographic collection.
