Description: The Sports Centre at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre is Queensland's only fully airconditioned community sport complex. It is a state of the art multi-purpose 5-Court indoor sports facility located adjacent to the Entertainment Centre. The Sports Centre is available for hire for Basketball; Netball; Volleyball, Indoor Soccer; Badminton, and a range of indoor sporting activities

Lacrosse Australia
"Lacrosse is a fast, high scoring sport where two teams compete on a field 55m x 100m to score goals in the opposition "goals" (metal frame 1.8m in size with net) placed 73m apart. The lacrosse stick consists of a straight handle made of wood, aluminium or graphite with a plastic head containing a net for catching, scooping, carrying and throwing the hard rubber ball. Each team fields 10 players and substitutes are allowed varying from 6 (club) to13 (international)."

Queensland Academy of Sport
The Queensland Academy of Sport, officially launched by the Queensland Government in May 1991, is assisting the State's top athletes maintain and improve their competitiveness at an international level.

Divisions: U13 and U15 boys and girls, women and senior men
Queensland has four major areas for Lacrosse, Camira (covering the southside of Brisbane), Caboolture, Gold Coast and North Queensland (Townsville). Indoor competition which is mixed and non contact is played on FRIDAY evenings at the Toombul Indoor Centre, Toombul (Brisbane). New players are always welcome - experienced or not.
Warwick Horse Trials Club
